Tortelloni is a larger, stuffed pasta that is quite filling. It is typically filled with a blend of soft and sharp cheeses, and spinach. It is usually served in a simple sauce, like browned butter, Alfredo, or marinara.
It's time to load up on different kinds of cheese for this Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo. Let's get started!
First, cook the Tortellonis using our Handmade recipe, or store-bought ones.
Simmer the butter and heavy cream, and then stir in the parmesan and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Flatten the chicken and cook in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and set on a plate to rest before slicing into strips.
Place the Tortellonis inside a baking dish and mix in the Alfredo sauce. Then sprinkle the cheeses on top, and pop into the oven.
Sprinkle the Panko topping and place the sliced chicken on top. Broil until the cheese has caramelized.
Remove from the oven, and let cool before serving.
